Processing Times

Each Welkin Society piece is prepared with care. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Domestic Shipping

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed by 12 PM EST)

All domestic orders are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking provided once your order leaves our atelier.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days. International clients are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their country.

Signature & Security

To protect your purchase, orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery. If you wish to waive this, please notify opulence@welkinsociety.com before your order ships (waiving signature means you accept responsibility for the package once delivered).

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs clearance. If your package is lost, please contact us immediately and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Changes

For security, shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been dispatched. Please review your shipping details carefully before checkout.
