At The Welkin Society, every piece is crafted with care and designed to be as exceptional as the
person wearing it. If your purchase isn’t absolutely perfect, we’ll make it right.

Our Promise

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items in pristine, unworn condition,
complete with original packaging, tags, and protective cases. Eyewear must be free of scratches, wear, or adjustments made outside our care. 
Please note: Custom, personalized, or final sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

The Exchange and Refund Process

Simply email our Client Care Concierge at opulence@welkinsociety.com with your order number
and the reason for your return or exchange.  Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Our team will respond with next steps and a return label, if applicable. Once your piece is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For international orders, duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the client.
