  • When can I expect my order?
    If you have already placed an order, please log in to your account and navigate to the Orders section to view your order status and details. Additionally, you can monitor your order's progress using the “Track My Order” link provided in your confirmation email. We will send you an email with these details once your order has shipped.
  • Placing a new order?
    **Order Processing and Shipping Information** The order processing time may vary depending on the type of order and the timing of when it is placed. Once your order has been processed, products typically ship within 3 business days. Shipping usually takes an additional 7 to 10 business days to reach your selected destination. We are pleased to inform you that shipping is free of charge!
  • Where do you ship?
    We currently ship blue light glasses and accessories to U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and military APO/DPO/FPO addresses. We also offer international shipping to customers in Canada.
  • What does shipping cost?
    Shipping is free in the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and military APO/DPO/FPO addresses.
  • What is your return policy?
    We have a 15-day, hassle-free exchange policy for our accessories returned in their original condition. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you set up with an exchange within 7 days of receipt of the returned product. If there’s any feedback you want to send our way along with your return, we’re all ears.
  • How do I set up a return or exchange?
    We have a 15-day, hassle-free exchange policy for our accessories. (Accessories are any non-eyewear objects we sell, except for gift cards.) If you’re eligible to exchange your accessories, you can arrange an exchange by sending an email to help@thewelkinsociety.com so we can get started on the process. We’d love to hear your feedback, too.
  • How do I know if a frame fits me?
    Pick what makes you look and feel good! Please note: If you decide to have your frames adjusted elsewhere, be sure to tell the technician to use low heat and light pressure on your glasses. Too much heat may cause bubbles, cloudiness, or even cracks to appear.
  • What’s the best way to clean my lenses?
